RSVP For Party

You can now RSVP for a party online. We ask that you do so that we can order an adequate amount of food for the buffet and so that we can appropriately plan for the party. Upon receiving your RSVP you will get a confirmation email back. The directions and hotel number will be in this email for those that don't know it. We will send your confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your RSVP. If you do not hear back from us within this time, please email us at info@midatlanticcouples.com or call us at (804) 400-7623.

HOTEL INFORMATION & RESERVATIONS
Hotel information and directions are NOT posted anywhere on our web site for your privacy and security. You MUST contact us either via telephone or email and provide us with your names if you wish to obtain this information. However, we will tell you that we hold our parties in Hampton, VA.

**We strongly recommend that hotel reservations be made well in advance. If you think there is a chance you will be able to attend (even if you don't know for sure)...make a reservation. You have up until 48 hours prior to the event to cancel your reservation. **

Hotel Room Rates: You must tell the hotel you are with MAC to receive our group rate of $89 plus tax if reservation is made 15 days prior to the event. Reservations made less than 15 days prior are $99. Our group rate is available for both Friday and Saturday night.

You do not have to wait for a reply to your RSVP to make your hotel reservations.
